Insurance Services
MLC Insurance Agency provides insurance guidance and support. Submitting a form does not bind insurance coverage or guarantee eligibility, pricing, subsidy amounts, approval, or enrollment.
SMS Messaging Terms
By checking the SMS consent box and submitting a form, you agree to receive SMS messages from MLC Insurance Agency about insurance services, appointments, policy updates, and customer support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we may send one confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages to that number unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP or call 877-458-4656.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate contact information and confirm that you are authorized to use any phone number you submit. If your number changes or you no longer want messages, reply STOP or contact us.
